About The Position

As a Sales Coach at AudioNova, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-impact sales training to Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) and Senior Hearing Care Professionals (Sr. HCPs). You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in coaching for improved performance, responsible for providing guidance on the customer sales journey, services, best practices within clinics, hearing health recommendations, and overall business strategies. You will work closely with the Director of Professional Services to deliver workshops, one-on-one training, and both in-person and remote sessions.

Requirements

  • Licensed Hearing Care Provider: HIS - Board certified preferred, or AUD
  • Active and current state-specific license in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years relevant hearing health experience, selling and fitting multi-brand hearing aids
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and sales performance metrics, with proven experience and success with AudioNova sales approach and tools
  • Proficiency in clinical best practices and evaluation equipment, including real ear measurements
  • Proficiency with CRMs, company SOPs, compliance and AudioNova values
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and sales enablement tools

Nice To Haves

  • Additional professional training or development in sales techniques, motivational interviewing, coaching strategies, behavioral economics, industry-specific knowledge, family-centered care and leadership qualities are highly encouraged
  • Familiarity with state specific and federal regulations related to hearing healthcare and sales practices
  • Extensive knowledge of Sonova hearing care products, features and software and the ability to recommend the most innovative and appropriate options
  • Experience in B2C sales

Responsibilities

  • Assess individual and team training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and direct observations
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Senior Directors to align training programs with company goals and sales strategies
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs and reflection sessions that improve objection handling, product knowledge, value-based selling that will lead to improved sales productivity metrics: Help Rate, ASP and LCM
  • Positively influences the productivity pacing of new hire HCPs
  • Conduct post-training assessments and track improvement in key sales metrics
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure continuous development and performance improvement
  • Provide the highest standards of training by following audiological best practices and the MEET patient journey
  • Travel throughout the territory (50% travel) providing in-person coaching and POD sessions

  • Salary: $88,000-103,000 annually
