About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken mortgage Sales Coach needed for our Consumer Direct sales floor. This is also an excellent opportunity for a current mortgage Loan Officer who is seeking career advancement. This individual is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of sales coaching to Loan Officers. The candidate must be able to assess Loan Officers' sales presentation strengths and areas of improvement and must design, develop and administer relevant coaching resources and curriculum. The desired candidate must be capable of acting with a high degree of independence with the responsibility of having a direct positive impact on the coaching recipient's origination production.
