Requirements

Responsibilities

• Development of the team and quality control resulting in conversion success.
• Reviewing emails, chats, and texts to ensure world class customer service.
• Being available and open for questions and coach-able moments for the Call Center staff.
• Attending daily and weekly team meetings.
• Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client scheduling.
• Additional project based opportunities.
