About The Position
Works in the 'Snack Shack' or Snack Bar to serve the patrons on the Golf Course. Serves a variety of snacks and food items which include, but are not limited to, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. May operate a gas beverage cart on the golf course, working independently, to include loading and unloading the beverage cart in accordance with set standards. Maintains a change fund, records sale, receives money, makes change and dispenses snacks and beverage items to patrons. May be required to mix simple alcoholic drinks. Responsible for stocking, direct selling and restocking of the snack and beverage cart, snack shack or snack bar coolers. Maintains sales records and consumption reports as required. Turns over cash and supporting documentation to supervisor at end of shift. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Performs other related duties as assigned.
