Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• React promptly to customer concerns and provide outstanding service.
• Sell merchandise and demonstrate technical features of items.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory management.
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandise presentation.
• Advise supervisor of customer requests and feedback.
• Operate cash register and handle various payment methods accurately.
• Maintain sales records and balance cash register at the end of shifts.
• Perform price changes and set up company promotions as needed.
• Follow policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
