About The Position

The Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager at Wolters Kluwer is responsible for leading and managing key top-tier partnerships to enhance business value and explore new opportunities. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in developing alliances and revenue-generating partner relationships, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience driving new logos and meeting/exceeding high growth goals.
  • Familiarity with product and software development processes.
  • Ability to think strategically and work flexibly to achieve results.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive Wolters Kluwer's strategic partnerships across joint sales, marketing, and product initiatives.
  • Work with partners to create detailed go-to-market plans that align with sales/revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Partner Operational resources to ensure high levels of engagement and training with top-tier partners.
  • Develop overall strategy and success plan for each named partner.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly progress towards partner satisfaction, revenue, and strategic goals within the plan.
  • Oversee the integration and/or interface of Wolters Kluwer solutions with partner solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop business cases and create innovative proposals for potential and existing partners.
  • Lead the relationship from the contractual and operational perspective, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Engage in proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, and deal closure with assigned partners.
  • Foster relationships and lead discussions with partners from C-level executives to key functional leads.
  • Promote and position Wolters Kluwer offerings through direct contact, meetings, and industry events.
  • Act as a partner advocate within Wolters Kluwer and educate on building the partner ecosystem.
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture relevant data and provide reporting.
  • Maintain industry intelligence and awareness of trends and competitors.
