About The Position

The Sales/Business Developer is responsible for overseeing the sales operations specific to the products manufactured by the plant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Business
  • 0 - 5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all sales generated in territory.
  • Responsible for all Sales Representatives within specific territory.
  • Effective in strategic planning and execution thereof.
  • Ability to manage administrative and operations responsibilities as may be required.
  • Continuous travel requiring some sacrifice of personal time.
  • Responsible for all outside contact with customers.
  • Records and reports call activity, customer issues, opportunities and forecasts business requirements.
  • Works with customers on specific forge applications.
  • Addresses customer complaints and acts as a liaison between customer, manufacturer and supplier.
  • Responsible for supporting the Sales Representatives as may be required to secure new business within a specific territory
  • Responsible for managing key market segments including monitoring and reporting characteristics, trends/changes and recommending sales strategy.
