About The Position

A+ Products Inc. is hiring a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to support new customer development across the United States and Canada. You’ll join a 10-person sales team and report directly to the CRO. This entry-level role is performance-driven and focused on building pipeline for our Territory Sales teams. It includes a structured 90-day ramp with clear performance benchmarks. We’re looking for someone motivated, organized, and comfortable initiating conversations. No prior sales experience is required. For over 30 years, A+ has supported domestic manufacturers by managing a trusted global network of vendors and delivering reliable component supply. We work hard and hold ourselves accountable while recognizing that professional growth should support, not compete with, personal priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new prospective customers within your assigned territory
  • Conduct outbound outreach (phone, video meetings, email, LinkedIn)
  • Enter and manage leads in Salesforce (no Salesforce experience required)
  • Send product samples to support customer evaluation
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and organized tracking
  • Qualify decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings with the Territory Sales team
