  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns as needed to boost sales leads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Able to work a varied shift, some during the day, some during the evening and Saturday
  • Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls strongly recommended
  • Must have a valid driver's license, and good driving record
