This role focuses on engaging with new and existing clients, uncovering sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize retention. The Sales Associate will work closely with the team to manage incoming leads, develop client relationships, and contribute to meeting revenue targets through effective sales and account management practices.
