About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales Bootcamp Intern to assist in the coordination and facilitation of our sales training sessions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the sales process, sales tools, and the overall functioning of a sales team. You will play a key role in supporting our sales bootcamp initiatives while gaining hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Social Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through hands-on project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to convey empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering relationships and building trust.
  • Eagerness to learn about the sales process and tools, demonstrating a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum 12 week summer internship from May to August 2026.
  • In office 3-5 days a week in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate invites for sales bootcamp sessions and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently, requiring strong interpersonal skills to engage with participants.
  • Assist in facilitating training sessions, providing support to presenters and participants, and adapting to real-time feedback.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales bootcamp, such as tracking attendance and gathering feedback through personal interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in training materials, utilizing creativity and human insight.
