About The Position

DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for a On-Site Sales BDC Agent! *CLOSED SUNDAYS* *Opportunity for Growth and Promotion* As a Business Development Call Center Agent your role is vital in managing our digital business prospects. *This is not a remote position. You will contribute to a next generation car buying experience by developing a real connection with our prospective customers primarily via today's preferred communication channels. You will be tasked with managing a high-volume number of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner. Identify customer needs, schedule in-person and virtual sales appointment, partner with the sales consultants, and provide pricing and vehicle availability information. Respond to all customer internet inquires via email, SMS and phone under 1hr and with content that meets the company's mystery shop guidelines. Serve as the first-level expert on our products and services, the purchase process, and the DARCARS brand. Convert inquiries to dealership visit or virtual appointments. Adhere to phone communication scripts and email templates. Document all customer contact activity in eLeads (crm) Meet, or exceed, individual performance objectives: response time, response rate, appointment set rate, workbook follow up activities and close rate conversions etc. Follow best practice guides for short term and long term follow up with customers.

Requirements

  • Computer savvy with a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quick learner, able to absorb substantive product and service information.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality, process improvement, innovation, and excellence.
  • Professional appearance and work ethics.
  • Ability to make high volume outgoing calls, ranging from 70+ calls per day.
  • Advanced computer and phone skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35-40 words per minute.
  • Experience using customer tracking systems preferred.
  • Prior retail, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or sales BDC experience preferred.
  • Appointment setting experience a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background).
