Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Attention to detail; goal-oriented and results-driven
• Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate professionally via text and email
• High energy and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for our sales team
• Internet inquiries
• Incoming phone leads ("Phone Ups")
• Customers who recently visited the dealership
• Follow-up on previous leads
