We are seeking an experienced, BDC representative for the Sales department of our Lexus of Manhattan dealership! BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming/outgoing phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and follow-up.
Requirements
- Previous Dealership BDC experience required
- Out-going personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
- Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
- Responding to inquiries in a professional, and well-spoken manner
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
