About The Position

The Sales Business Development Center Representative II at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Tucson is expected to understand and adhere to Sales Department processes to promote a positive experience and customer service satisfaction. The role involves seeking ways to continuously exceed employee, customer, and market expectations through business operations and efficiencies, and being a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful. More than half of total earnings consist of commissions, and the representative will spend more than half the time making sales or obtaining orders or contracts for the sale of automobiles. The position requires maximizing production, customer service, and profitability while ensuring customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion. The representative will achieve customer service satisfaction standards while facilitating outstanding customer service in person, via phone, and/or via email communications. The role also involves effectively communicating and verifying customer satisfaction to ensure future business relationships, facilitating inbound and outbound phone calls for scheduling and confirming customer appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up and responses to sales leads and prospecting opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of phone customer service or phone sales experience.
  • Maintain valid driver's license and MVR record within company policy requirements.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and responds to sales leads and prospecting opportunities to achieve maximum Dealership profitability.
  • Obtain new customers and build relationships with existing customers to raise the customer service index (CSI) to achieve or exceed Dealership standards.
  • Assist in accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
  • Complete and maintain all Larry H. Miller Dealerships' and factory required training.
  • Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
  • Complete all other job duties as requested by management.
  • Operate with Integrity.
  • Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
  • Maintain composure within the workplace as well as outside the workplace when interacting or representing the Larry H. Miller Dealerships.
