We are looking for a Sales BDC Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping guide them through the early stages of the car buying process and setting appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We are continuing to grow and raise the standard across our stores. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Previous customer service or sales experience required (BDC or automotive experience preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

  • Previous customer service or sales experience required (BDC or automotive experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound internet leads, calls, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Follow up with unsold customers and maintain consistent communication
  • Track and manage all activity in Drive Centric
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Support showroom traffic and overall sales efforts as needed
  • Assist with dealership operations when needed, including helping move vehicles, keeping the lot organized, and capturing in-store customer information to enter into Drive Centric
  • Stay organized and consistent with follow-up to maximize opportunities
