DCH Freehold Toyota Urgently Hiring: Call Center/BDC Representatives Pay Rate: $18 per hour, plus additional bonuses based on appointments scheduled Schedule: Full OR Part-time schedules available, Monday through Friday - NO WEEKENDS! Requirements

Automotive Sales BDC, Internet experience is preferred
We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambition
Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
Outstanding follow up skills
Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale
Team player
Strong communication skills –verbal and written
Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
Highly organized with attention to detail
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
