About The Position

The Sales Audit Clerk will assist in verifying incoming cash to sales daily.

Requirements

  • Has at least a High School diploma, or equivalent, or higher education.
  • Has strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
  • Is self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision effectively and efficiently.
  • Has strong basic mathematics skills.
  • Has the ability to use a 10-key calculator.
  • Is teachable and willing to learn.
  • Has computer skills and is familiar with Office 365.

Responsibilities

  • Verify deposit slips.
  • Check money order reports.
  • Verify sales and receivables.
  • Balance store sales.
  • Data entry.
  • Administrative duties: mail distribution, answer phones, prepare coupons for shipping, and other duties as assigned.
