Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to data integrity.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including use of nested & index formulas, pivot tables, and complex data functions.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Familiarity with credit card processor reporting.
  • Strong understanding of process and data workflows across multiple systems.
  • Self-starter with an independent mindset and the confidence to ask questions and seek solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in process implementation and improvement.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate the impact of analytical findings and potential improvements.
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Match sales transactions to payments
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention to identify and resolve deposit discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot RESA errors across boutique and eCommerce systems to maintain data accuracy.
  • Post sales entries weekly into the appropriate accounting system (Intacct).
  • Research and facilitate guest refunds through accounts payable with accuracy.
  • Partner with Guest Services to investigate and support chargeback disputes and resolutions.
