As a Sales/Intake Attorney, you serve as the first touchpoint for prospective clients, embodying our firm’s mission and values from the very first interaction. Your core responsibility is to engage with individuals seeking legal guidance—many of whom are facing complex, emotionally charged situations. By listening with empathy, understanding the nuances of their circumstances, and clearly communicating how our firm can help, you establish a foundation of trust. The way you conduct these initial conversations has a lasting impact on the client’s experience and sets the tone for the relationship ahead.

Requirements

• Passion for client engagement and thrive on phone interactions.
• Experience in client consultations or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and sell legal services.
• Legal qualifications: An active Texas bar license, a bar license from another state active for over 5 years, or a bar license from a state with reciprocity with Texas.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20 consultations daily with pre-qualified prospective clients.
• Evaluate clients' legal needs and clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition.
• Successfully onboard clients into the firm's system.
• Develop a strong command of criminal law and the firm's distinct legal strategies.
• Address client questions and guide them through their options.
• Interact with empathy and professionalism to ease client concerns.
• Reflect the firm’s core values and commitment to Zealous Advocacy.
