About The Position

Our Sales Associates help create dream homes. Expectations include providing features and benefits information to help customers make home furnishing selections, taking a consultative selling approach to building customer relationships, and being accountable for individual success within a team environment. Sales Associates are expected to achieve and exceed sales goals, demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture, and possess professional interpersonal communication skills. Patience, resiliency, and persistence backed by an entrepreneurial spirit are essential, along with excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
