About The Position

As an Appliance Specialist, you will assist our customers from start to finish with their appliance purchase. You will work with commission and greet customers in an inviting and positive manner. Using your product knowledge, you will demonstrate features and benefits, while assisting customers in making informed decisions based on their needs and wants. You will accurately and efficiently process sales orders, and track them through the delivery/installation or pickup process.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Weekend availability (Sat: 9AM-5PM, Sun: 12PM-5PM)
• A passion for helping others
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience (appliance sales experience not required as training is provided)
