About The Position

As a Sales Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will act as a brand ambassador, bringing your personal style, passion for the product, and welcoming energy to the sales floor. Responsibilities

• Complete training, use product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions and apply those experiences.
• Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see the store at its best.
• Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
