About The Position

The Sales Associate at Eye Candy Laser and Wellness is responsible for providing general office support through various administrative tasks. This role includes answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate associates, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence. The associate will also assist in explaining and selling treatments, contributing to a customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience (Required).
• Fluency in Spanish (Required).
• Proficiency in English (Preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Fleming Island, FL 32003 before starting work (Required).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greet and direct visitors to the company.
• Take and retrieve messages for various staff members.
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail. Maintain and route publications.
• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of urgent mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Assist in ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing office supplies.
• Help with other administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scheduling.
• Assist in explaining and selling treatments.
