Requirements

• Equivalent retail sales or front-end customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid work eligibility
• Background check

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to clients
• Assist customers with their selection and purchase of jewelry
• Meet Gallery Sales Team objectives and maximize sales
• Model customer service for associates and promote sales during interactions
• Accountable for increasing sales and achieving Gallery Sales Goals
• Maintain an attractive and visually pleasing store appearance
• Be knowledgeable of merchandise on the floor and in the backroom
• Facilitate the execution of company visual merchandising standards
