About The Position
Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate for our Syracuse, New York location. The Sales Associate will adhere to and practice the company's service standards with each customer, meet sales and work goals as directed by store management, and lead other team members by example. Responsibilities include controlling cash, maintaining accuracy of sales transactions, and processing all sales through the POS terminal in accordance with company policy. The Sales Associate will create an excellent shopping experience for customers, promote the company rewards program, maintain merchandise presentation, and ensure cleanliness and organization within the store.
