Develop awareness of interior design through practical experience, observation and interaction with a La‐Z‐Boy Designer. Training Pay: $15 - $17 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commissions; base rate varies by location) Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $50,000 - $70,000+ (inclusive of base and commission).
