This position involves greeting clients with enthusiasm, presenting the Orangetheory concept, conducting studio tours, and working closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout. Additionally, the role includes selling memberships, following up with prospective clients, participating in marketing events, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as 'intros'
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
