About The Position

Our Entry Level Sales Associate position could be just the spot to start your career with XTRA Lease. If you have a bachelor’s degree, a passion for helping customers, and a desire to work side-by-side to learn about sales, this is the career for you! And don’t worry, you don’t have to be a trailer expert when you start – we’ll teach you! As a Sales Associate your typical day would include: Serving customers like PepsiCo and FedEx by putting together quotes, entering rate changes, and looking up equipment availability and location. Supporting current customers by putting reports together, providing website demonstrations, and assisting in overall account management. Prospecting and cold calling on specific geographic areas as directed. Managing customer payments including helping with credit and collections. Tracking customer leads and other data using a sales contact system. Using technology to perform inventories, manage key branch metrics, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Desire to learn about outside sales
• Previous experience in sales, either through school programs or work history preferred
