As a Sales Associate at BoxLunch, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers who are passionate about pop culture. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every visitor leaves the store satisfied and eager to return. You will leverage your knowledge of pop culture to engage with customers, helping them find the merchandise they love while also driving sales through effective communication and product recommendations. Your enthusiasm for fandom will be key in connecting with customers and enhancing their shopping experience. In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual standards of the store. This includes covering your assigned sales floor zone, ensuring that it is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will assist with planogram changes, which involve updating the store layout and merchandising mix to reflect current trends and promotions. Your ability to communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners will be essential in keeping the store aligned with the latest pop culture movements. You will also handle sales transactions at the register, utilizing your product knowledge to process sales efficiently and promote additional services such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup. Working closely with Store Management, you will help prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment for both customers and staff. Teamwork is vital in this role, as you will collaborate with your colleagues to maintain a tidy store and organized stockroom, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
