The position involves actively supporting Sales Consultants to meet or exceed quarterly and annual new home sales goals, contributing to the financial success of the Western Division. The role requires developing extensive knowledge of the Eagle construction process, the sales and purchase agreement process, and specifics about the community and product. The individual will engage deeply with customers through Eagle’s customized sales process designed to uncover motivations for a new home purchase, with customized training provided. Additionally, the role includes assisting Sales Consultants with maintaining internal software systems used to report and manage community visits and follow-up contact documentation. The individual will provide support in generating purchase agreements and managing all aspects of the homebuyer journey, as well as generating prospective home purchaser leads through marketing, realtor outreach, community involvement, and referrals. The position also involves keeping the appearance of model homes and quick-move-in homes clean and inviting, maintaining supplies and marketing materials, and managing flyers and signage. Attendance at sales meetings, quarterly training, and community events is required, along with a commitment to follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and provide superior customer service.
