About The Position
Boot Barn is seeking Sales Partners to engage with customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. This position is open year-round to address fluctuations in hiring needs. Sales Partners embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values in their words and actions while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising presentation skills, and strong point-of-sale proficiency. The role requires fostering a service and selling culture, exceeding overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships, and becoming an expert in product categories.
