About The Position
Ovation Tax Group, LLC is currently in a growth mode and we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Sales Associate. This position is crucial as we strive to identify candidates who possess the drive, self-motivation, and passion to produce the highest quality of work. As a Sales Associate, you will be a true ambassador of Ovation Tax Group, LLC, representing our commitment to positive client experiences. This is a full-time, phone-based position that requires no face-to-face contact, allowing you to focus on inbound calls without the pressure of cold calling. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and responding to a high volume of inbound calls. You will identify and escalate legitimate prospect calls while filtering out spam, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor even when dealing with agitated callers. Accurate logging of call details and following up on legitimate inquiries will be essential. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and data entry. We offer highly competitive compensation, including a base salary and monthly commissions, with our current agents making commissions of $3,000 a month and higher.
