• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, ability to build trust & rapport with potential customers is key

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all guests and customers
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate our Point of Sale software and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Clean displays and ensure products are properly displayed and priced accordingly
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Meet sales goals and targets set by management
