About The Position

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and inventory calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to stock shelves efficiently while maintaining organization within the store.

• Good phone etiquette for handling customer calls when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively assist customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
