About The Position

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing.
• Operate POS systems.
• Support loss prevention efforts.
