About The Position
Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Sales Partner to engage with customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. This position is open year-round to address fluctuations in hiring needs. Selected candidates will be contacted as positions become available throughout the year. The Sales Partner will embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values in their words and actions while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising presentation skills, and strong point-of-sale proficiency.
