The Sales Associate for the Business Technology and Telecom (B2B) and Financial Services and Consumer Technology (FinTech) categories will provide essential support to the sales team, contributing to the seamless execution of campaigns and client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Slides).
  • Prior experience or internships in media, tech, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, phone coverage, expense reports, and restaurant reservations.
  • Handle RFPs, insertion orders, editorial credits, and client communication. Prepare competitive reports and track campaign deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, brainstorms, and client meetings with polished materials.
  • Identify and research potential clients. Build a targeted prospect list, conduct outreach, and facilitate introductions for sales leads.
  • Learn the intricacies of integrated ad sales, audience insights, and digital-first sales strategies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and proprietary sales platforms to streamline workflows and deliverables.
