About The Position
As a Sales Associate at Primark, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, whether it be regarding sizes, styles, purchases, or returns. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and happy with their experience. In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining the shop floor's appearance. This includes setting up displays with full shelves, keeping fitting rooms tidy, and ensuring that the stockroom is organized. You will also be involved in the operational side of the store, which includes receiving and unpacking new deliveries, checking off items, and ensuring that all products are correctly priced and meet our high standards. Your role will require you to deliver a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the till points, processing customer queries, voids, and returns with ease.
