Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs as determined by the Shop Manager.
• Connect with customers and cultivate personalized relationships to drive sales.
• Utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction based on customers' wants and needs.
• Embrace a culture that prioritizes the customer experience.
• Exude self-confidence reflective of our Brand Vision.
• Assist with the shop's visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems for transactions and other functions.
• Protect shop assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures.
• Become familiar with inventory levels and use systems for availability and inter-store transfers.
• Assist with all other duties as required by shop management.
