Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, especially in automotive or retail environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
  • Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring a positive and seamless sales experience.
  • Present and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build strong relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
  • Assist with test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and processed.
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
