About The Position

Camarillo Fitness is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join us as Sales Associates. In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience. About CamFit: CamFit is an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise focused on heart-rate-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that’s backed by science and designed to supercharge your metabolism. In just 60 minutes, our members work with expert coaches to reach their optimal heart rate zones, ensuring maximum calorie burn and performance improvements. It’s more than a workout—it’s a path to More Life. Requirements

  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
  • Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
  • Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
  • MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
  • Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
  • Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
  • Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
  • Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
  • Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
