As a Sales Associate at Kane’s Furniture you will play an important role in helping customers make confident and informed purchase decisions. You will engage with customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, share product knowledge, and guide them through the purchase process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with store and support teams. You will use our point of sale system and product tools to help manage customer orders and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to checkout.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage customers in a professional friendly manner
  • Comfortable using a point of sale system and basic technology tools
  • Motivated to achieve sales goals and contribute to a dynamic team
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the sales floor during shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
