About The Position

Pete’s is seeking a motivated and reliable Food Service Associate to join our team. This role focuses on preparing and serving hot food items such as pizza, subs, and breakfast offerings while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Willingness to learn food preparation and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble pizzas, subs, breakfast items, and other made-to-order foods
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service
• Operate food preparation equipment safely (ovens, warmers, grills, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep areas, counters, and equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Work as part of a team during busy periods
• Complete opening, closing, and routine cleaning tasks
