Requirements
- 1+ year of retail or high-end sales experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- A self-motivated, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide above-and-beyond customer service, helping customers find the right sewing and vacuum products.
- Showcase and demonstrate exciting new products to inspire customers.
- Problem-solve and assist with repairs, replacements, and project guidance.
- Work in a collaborative, team-focused environment where your hard work pays off.
Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum wage of $20/hr for the first 90 days.
- After 90 days, most associates earn $20 - $35/hr (base pay + commission).
