About The Position

As the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, playing a pivotal role in developing sales strategies to expand our customer base, while maintaining outstanding communication with both internal and external customers. Generating, simplifying and creating new ways to improve business and organizational processes.

Experience in the packaging industry a plus.
College degree or equivalent (2 plus years in sales and sales management) Team player – working and collaborating with team members.
Product knowledge – getting up to speed quicky with WP products and services.
Quick and accurate decision making
Working daily (Mon – Fri) in an office environment

Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service
Building relationships: Meeting with customers to educate them, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identifying needs: Communicating with customers and leads understanding their needs and suggesting products and services to meet them.
Products: Providing samples, mock-ups, and information of products to provide to the customer
Scheduling appointments: Working around customers' schedules to schedule appointments.
Negotiating contracts: Renewing or negotiating contract terms with current or previous customers
Attending events: Attending conventions, and/or industry trade shows to present products and services to potential customers.
Sales goals: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
Generating reports: Generating and submitting sales reports to management
Mining and follow up on all potential leads.
Strategies: Developing sales strategies to ensure repeat business and new customers
Proficient in Word, Excel and HubSpot
