About The Position

By working at Cosmoprof, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Cosmoprof is on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair, and they need passionate and talented people to make this happen. The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. Cosmoprof is continually searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to help customers through their beauty experience, whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. The Sales Associate will be an advisor on the customer’s journey, and Cosmoprof will provide the necessary knowledge and training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Nice To Haves

• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.
