About The Position

The Sales Associate for ATM Collection is responsible for delivering an elevated, service-driven shopping experience while building meaningful client relationships that drive sales and brand loyalty. This role represents the ATM lifestyle and aesthetic, combining product knowledge, styling expertise, and exceptional customer engagement.

Requirements

1â2 years of retail experience preferred; apparel or luxury retail experience a plus.
Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge.
Comfort using POS systems and other retail technology.
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience by warmly greeting and engaging every guest.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful styling, product recommendations, and follow-up.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of ATM Collection products, fabrications, fit, and seasonal assortments.
Achieve and maintain individual sales productivity and performance goals.
Support visual standards by assisting with merchandising, floor sets, display maintenance, and overall store presentation.
Assist with daily store operations including inventory management, stock processing, and maintaining a clean and organized selling environment.
Collaborate with the store team to support business needs and ensure seamless store execution.
Remain flexible and adaptable, performing duties outside of primary responsibilities as needed.
