As a Sales Associate you will begin your training in a territory partnered with a Territory Representative for several months. Then you will be assigned a few accounts to maintain and grow in the territory you will own upon successful completion of the training program. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling face to face.
• Consistent track record of attaining sales goals.
• Live within territory you're supporting.
• Strong relationship building and critical thinking skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time, with some overnights required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support a Territory Representative (TR).
• Assume ownership for several accounts post training.
• Maintain all existing revenue.
• Attend surgical cases in the operating room.
• Build pipeline momentum of opportunities.
• Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support
