Requirements

  • Interest in automotive and a desire to develop a career in the industry.
  • 100% compliance with Gettel University’s sales process and utilization of sales tools.
  • Ability to maintain personal professional appearance and personal hygiene.
  • Ability to come to work with a positive CAN DO attitude.
  • Ability to utilize a dealer license plate for all test drives and necessary times to leave the premises in a vehicle.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in accordance with dealership guidelines and manufacturer requirements.
  • Proficiency in prospecting and notating all customer interactions through CRM (in person, phone, email, regular mail).
  • Understanding and adherence to the Gettel Policy and Procedures Manual.
  • Ability to set the first service appointment upon the sale of a vehicle using the developed process.
  • Ability to ensure customer pay-offs are accurate and for the required period.
  • Ability to complete all delivery checklists as required by management.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Gettel University’s sales process as taught.
  • Maintain personal professional appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
  • Have a plan for the day every day.
  • Come to work with a positive CAN DO attitude!
  • Utilize a dealer license plate for all test drives and all necessary times to leave the premises in a vehicle.
  • Provide EXCELLENT customer service in accordance with dealership guidelines and the manufacturers requirements.
  • Prospect and notate through our CRM all customer interactions whether in person, on the phone, through email, through regular mail.
  • Understand and adhere to the Gettel Policy and Procedures Manual.
  • Upon the sale of a vehicle, set the first service appointment using the process developed for your store.
  • Customer pay-offs must be accurate and for the period as required at your store.
  • Complete all delivery checklists as required by management.
